Verilux HappyLight Touch - UV-Free LED Therapy Lamp, Bright White Light with 10,000 Lux, Adjustable Brightness and Color

I love the brightness of this light! I also really like the timer feature as well. I haven't had it long, so I can't rate its effectiveness. But I do appreciate my brightly lit WFH space now. The only downside or dissatisfaction I have is with the stand. The stand attachment doesn't stay put when I move the light around. This doesn't detract from the light itself, but it's a bit annoying. But I do love this illuminating light and if that doesn't change I'll possibly upgrade to one without this stand.

Well designed, well-made, portable, easy to use full spectrum light. It was a small investment to make in my efforts to improve my sleep/wake cycle. I am hopeful it is helping, and am seeing some evidence that it is as I am beginning to wake up naturally more often, and looking forward to doing my morning ablutions in front of my HappyLight. I am also mightily impressed by the company's customer service. You won't be sorry if you purchase this item.

I use The Happy Light Touch when first waking. It settles my nerves,and helps reduce my usual morning depression. I love the choice of brightness and warm light or daylight. So far I seem to favor 15 minutes using medium brightness and warm light.

A friend recommended Verilux Happy Light to me. I am so glad I purchased it. I deal with depression and live in the Midwest. It has been great using the Happy Light on the gray days. I like that the Happy Light Touch Plus is easily portable and you can adjust the settings. I would highly recommend!
