Verizon Motorola One 5G Ace UW, 64GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

went to activate this phone and was told that it had a device lock on it

i tried to dtart activation but said the esim is locked. i was using Verizon. hope i can call snd get help

This is a great phone. I have had one for two years and it won't die. I bought one recently from a third party seller and the phone was never "scanned" at the "register", so to speak, which Verizon told that. This has happened twice. The seller was interested in helping but could not, and Walmart has taken it back but, it is a big pain and two weeks lost. The seller told me that they could not do anything about it because they buy it from another Warehouse which they don't know what they're getting so they don't know if it's scanned or not that's not good, another waste of time so I do not use that seller.

I wont lie to you. i buy prepaid phones for everyone in my family. in our experience, this works better because it seems the screens crack far less than your more expensive phones. This one is no exception. I love the speed and quality of phone use on this one though admittedly i wish it was easier to find the app history than this odd scrolling thing it tries to have me do. I miss my little square at the bottom of the screen that takes me right to my previous apps but the tradeoff for better space for apps and better speed all around is very much worth it!

An expensive paper weight. The pone cannot be activated, and suggested I take it to a Verizon store. Package contained phone and brochures but did not include a charger or a tool to open the SIM card slot. A complete waste of money and time, and a return is not allowed. I ended up purchasing a prepaid Verizon Moto G Play phone from Dollar General. No problems activating that one and it cost me less and works great.
