Verizon Wireless Motorola e5 Go 16GB Prepaid Smartphone, Black

We got the phone the other day. Seem like the package was tape shut. So I open it and the SIM CARD wasn't in the box. Good thing the old phone was the same. So we put the old SIM CARD in the new phone . Buyer's beware were you buy your new phone from!!!!!

What happened to Motorola, they used to be a great phone manufacturer. This phone is no better than the TCL or Alcatel p.o.s. I had before this phone. Same menus, same settings, same results. The phone runs slow and is barely worth the $30 price. Had to use so I can't return but def deserves a pass.

I bought this phone and was able to fix my credit and even buy a chrombook with Verizon. Very pleased with the way the phone works and have not had any problems with the battery or connections. My only advise is to charge the phone to 100% before using after purchase and between charges.

phone is ok. don't like the fo features, slow the phone down in my opinion. phone doesn't connect to data, couldn't call 911. u get what I pay for. for a starter smart phone or a kid it's a fine phone. But for adults w smartphone experience it's frustrating.

it's a nice phone, but misleading ad. why does it show a $50 Verizon card in the picture, bit there's not one in the box or has anything to do with the phone in the box. it leads people to believe that the card 8s included, when it is not. the phone will not work til it's activated with a plan. it will not do anything else til then. no wifi or anything. the card is very uncalled for. don't believe it.
