Verizon Samsung Galaxy S5 16GB Refurbished Smartphone, White

A trusted brand but not by me. I have purchased cheaper phones been given cheaper phones and they lasted longer than this one without a protected case, after being rained on , dropped . This phone has been protected from time of receipt by an otterbox and protected to avoid dropping getting wet asi carried in my wallet and its only lasted a lil over a year . Not what i would recommend

Wal-Mart's refurbished phones ate garbage. had the phone less than a month and o it's doing same thing out was refurbished for. DON'T BUY REFURBISH PHONE FROM WAL-MART

Refurbished, not worth it. Slow from the start and now working intermittently only. Disappointed. Hoping to help others realize this is not a good option.

I have come to the conclusion that any refurbished phone is junk , and it doesn't matter who refurbishes it . To say that a refurbished phone will preform as well as a new one is a lie . I will never buy another one if it's not new . If you want to be happy with your purchase save your money and find something new .

The phone came earlier than expected, which was great and why it gets one star. I was so hopeful based on the shipping and delivery. However, within hours of using the phone, it would shut off randomly or freeze. The phone is not updated with the latest software so it was constantly updating - I'm not sure if this is a negative though because it is an older model used phone and I thought the updates would addressed the defects or app crashes. I've only had the phone a week and now it keeps saying that "unfortunately, Samsung keyboard has stopped." I tried all of the troubleshooting steps online and NOTHING works. I took it to Verizon to see if anything could be done by their tech department and they themselves said that the phone is defective. I can't even rest it to factory settings. I really really wanted this phone to work - it's a really nice phone! I called this company 4 times and left a message once. No one has called me back and no one answers the phone. I sent an email this morning and I am hoping someone replies by Friday.
