Victrola - Classic Bluetooth Audio system - Graphite

This was for my 16 year old granddaughter. She wanted a turn table but this was the better product. Plays without skips. Color was not as white but a soft pine color which matched her bedroom suite. I would buy this over and over again. Packaging was great We enjoy this every time we visit with her not to mention her friends were impressed.

Everything sounds good with the exception of the record player, any guesses the only reason we bought it. You can't adjust the arm and it skip across the LP. Old record, new record, this record or that record it skips them all. Love the functionality of the product but its ability to function leaves me skipping a 5 and landing at a 1 star.

Appeared new in the box and shipping was prompt. However, after reading all the directions and plugging it in, it would not even turn on. Problem was not with the wall socket, definitely with the unit. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Bought it to play Christmas CDs for the holidays. Liked the look, but will be returning.

The CD function seemed to work well, never got to test the record function- the tape player started to unwind my tapes and warp the sound. Tried it with multiple just to make sure it wasn't an individual tape problem- no good. Was really disappointed.

Beware of this seller - we were sent a previously returned item. The previous customer who purchased it also returned it. How do I know this? Her return address and label were still on the box as was the duct tape she used to re-seal the box. Sketchy. Waiting on a replacement and hoping I can change my review. We’ll see if we’re sent a brand new item or not.
