I love HTC and was a loyal VM customer for years, but I have to say that the preloaded apps that VM installs on all of their smartphones has got to stop. This phone has enough memory for the average user, and as always you can insert a micro SD card to expand storage capacity, but the preloaded apps are so annoying and they eat up a lot of memory. Overall, the phone itself is decent. I'd consider it a mid-tier smartphone. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles that newer smartphones have, but a lot of people don't care about that. It's a durable, attractive well functioning phone, but if you need a phone with a lot of memory, you should consider other options and like I said, there are preloaded apps (you probably won't use em) and they get in the way.
