[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies will definitely help you get to sleep but they do not help you stay asleep. I found that I would drift off within an hour of taking them, usually just after 9pm but I would wake around 3am for seemingly no reason. This only happened when I took two gummies so I started taking just one gummy a night and that seemed just as effective at getting me to sleep without making me wake in the middle of the night. The taste is okay. They have a slightly bitter aftertaste but nothing terrible. I would recommend them if you are having trouble getting to sleep, just remember to watch the dosage.

The product did what it said it was going to do and I was able to have a good night's sleep and I was rested the next day. I would suggest they change the flavor to be more appealing because I didn't enjoy the blueberry flavor at all.

I don't have a lot of experience with melatonin, but these seemed to help somewhat with making me tired faster and not wake up as much through the night. They have a lower melatonin level than many other supplements, so they might be more well suited to people who aren't used to taking it and just want to try it out.
