Vital Proteins, Vital Performance Sleep, Orange Vanilla, 13.6 oz

This stuff is everything I've been needing all in one. It helps me sleep , got rid of my anxiety and all of my usually awful PMS symptoms. I've been sleeping 8+ hours and waking up completely refreshed. I used to wake up with anxiety which is also gone. Overall I think it supplied exactly what my body was missing . Great product !

I thought this would be a tasty, soothing before bed beverage. I couldn't get past the second sip. This has got to be at the top of the list of the nastiest things I've ever tried. I'd like to send it back, but after multiple tries, email and phoning, haven't been able to get any response.

I've only been taking this for about a week so I can't comment on whether it works or now. However, the taste is not good. I mix it with tart cherry juice and have to dilute one scoop with a lot of juice to be able to tolerate it. I will not buy this again.

I had gotten the apple cinnamon in a set, and could only get a few sips down, but the few sips definitely helped me sleep. I tried it several times but it was so bad, the smell sticks to everything, even the air, and I ended up throwing it away. I started taking melatonin and was getting to sleep but not staying asleep, and it got to the point I was so tired, I was yawning during workouts. Desperate and remembering how well it worked, I bought the berry vanilla and thankfully, it was much better. I was able to drink the whole serving and I stayed asleep for a solid 6 hour block for the first time in three weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product along with the pre work out and the recovery product. I can't say I'm thrilled about any of the three products. This one in particular made me feel extremely bloated and I couldn't finish a single scoop because of the bad taste.
