Honestly for the price it's a great TV.. Free channels so you don't have to buy cable INCLUDING Spanish channels, hundreds of applications and it's easy to navigate. Only issue I have is the remote is a bit slow/laggy when I try to turn down the volume. Other than that it's good quality graphics, easy installation and overall good. 100% would recommend
After couple months of purchasing the tv. I’m someone that barely be on the tv but when I do I was enjoying it. Then recently i came from work and I turn on the tv. The picture quality was messed up and all over the place. I overheard couple Walmart employees talk about this common thing, it’s another reason why the tv is price is low. I’m very disappointed. I don’t think my tv can be fix!
Should have read the reviews. Purchased in November for our RV. Only turned on a handful of times so far. Second trip out in April and we find vertical lines everywhere. Was mounted and secure so no issues during travel. Seems to be a reoccurring problem with this cheap TV. You get what you pay for I guess. Reviews say its unrepairable and Im not waisting my time dealing with the manufacturer warranty and Walmart only takes returns for 30 days. $200 straight in the trash. I have always used Vizio and will probably continue, but will not be this model again. It's a shame because we dont use the TV in our RV much and hate to spend more just for occasional use. Into the trash you go!
Within the first few minutes of setting up the tv fresh out of the box, the volume buttons on the remote had issues. Couple weeks later, the whole top half of the buttons on the remote stopped working, had to download the Vizio app but also had trouble connecting to the app. Now, 2 months later, white lines across the screen appeared. Did all the trouble shooting they suggested and nothings helped. Got the warranty but idk if they'll even do anything about it. Very disappointed.
I just purchased this TV 7 months ago and the screen is already defective. Also the remote is unresponsive a lot of the time, it’s like it takes a few clicks to get going. I tried to submit a claim on the Vizio website since it is still under manufactures 1 year warranty, but the site seems janky and I don’t know if it submitted for sure..
