VIZIO - 40" Class D-Series LED Full HD SmartCast TV

Purchased in October 2020 first fuzzy pic, I used the menu to try to clear pic, forget it. I stream and pic divide up into 3 additional screen after an hour. Finally, black screen message not connected to internet. I called provider, ask if there were outages, the answer was NO. Next turned off and unplug internet cable. Now the older TV in bedroom is connected to internet. Want a refund of my money period!!!

I gave only 3 stars because of the remote's cumbersome functionality and delayed response when I select any button on the remote. It's unfortunate to give this tv a 3 star rating due to the remote...but the fact is the remote is a key element in the user experience and interface with the tv. Lousy remote functionality and poor response = poor review.

Easy peasy! I found the features I wanted on line, ordered, Walmart immediately informed me of delivery date and it arrived a day early! In great shape! Easy to set up and a very special addition to my entertainment options. Hard to find smaller tv with the resolution and picture quality that this model has. I've gotten other Vizio tvs before for a vacation rental home but never had my own. I'm thrilled.

I was prepared to spend a few hours setting this TV up once I had it mounted and powered on. it took no time at all. and the options are amazing. You can control this TV with the included remote, with the Vizio Smartcast app on your phone, or add it to Google home to control it with voice control. The sound is excellent. The details are not only easy - they are thoughtful. For example - there is a setting that allows you to turn the screen off so only the sound is on. if you like to fall asleep to music on YouTube or a specific series or something you can set the timer, turn the screen off, and drift off in the dark knowing that your TV will turn off after you've zonked. I'm attaching images from the phone app if it'll let me. This is my first real smart tv and it's a very impressive introduction. I recommend!

Vizio is usually a pretty good tv, had one in my kids room for years, until recently it rained , the power went out and tv stopped working . Replaced it with this Vizio andnhas been problems from day one and we hacent even had it a month . TV freezes, have to keep unplugging it and plug it back in, alot of times when you power it on it just keeps a black screen , and after minutes later it cuts on and we've reset the tv so.many times its ridiculous . Calling customer service is a waste because they have you doing everything youve already did and says they THINK they know what the problem is, my question is why are there problems already with a brand new tv. And every question I asked he basically ignored and went around. Im thinking they don't want to replace the tv that they know is a problem , instead they give you the run around waiting until the warranty is outnso they don't have to do anything . I'm VERY disappointed and didnt exspect tgis from Vizio, AT ALL!!
