VTech - DS6151 DECT 6.0 Expandable 2-Line Cordless Phone with Digital Answering System and Dial-In Base - 1 Handset - Black

I own a business and depend on the phone, after 5 months handset quit charging. I contacted manufacturer for a replacement and said no because it was past the 30 day purchase!!!! Really ?!! They apparently know their products arent the best. Dont buy!!!

Upgraded our old Panasonic system, which was long overdue. After reading reviews and comparing prices we chose this VTech system. We also added 2 additional hand sets. Shipping was fairly quick around 4-5 business days. Upon receiving delivery the package was taped up. The unit looked great and was simple to set up. The answering system had a message already recorded on it. Obviously this was a returned unit. That being said it still works perfect and definitely would recommend. Would be 5 stars if it was brand new. The only thing that took some adjusting to was different buttons for lines 1 and 2. But really in no way a deal breaker.

Product has good sound quality for messages. Sound reception is crisp and with good adjustable volume. Unit is attractive and functional. Still learning how to use some of the other features. The second line which is VOIP on my second line, isn't functional, even though I purchased a DSL filter. I will seek further info from the manual to see how I can activate. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

My husband who doesn't like change is warming up to it. He had the old princess phones and desk top phones!!

I received this order a day ahead of the estimated time of delivery and picked it up at the store. It was so convenient and easy to purchase it this way. The price was very reasonable. I also purchased 2 additional handsets separately for it and they arrived the day after I ordered them. The Vteck DS6151 2-line system is easy to set up, easy to use and has good sound quality. I'm very happy with this purchase. I would recommend it to any small business that needs more than 1 line. It has saved us from losing calls when the other line was in use. Thank you
