It's sturdy and colorful. However whatever is drawn on the screen fades quickly. I haven't seen that happen with other similar magnetic drawing pads. The child I bought it for likes it, but I think it's overpriced for the quality. I clicked on yes for recommending it but would change that if it would let me edit it.
This seller sent me a broken "V-Tech" item that couldn't be used because of the drawing pen NOT having the magnet to draw. It wasn't discovered until my granddaughter tried using it and couldn't return the item because of the return window closing. The product was rendered USELESS because of the broken pen that was attached to the drawing board. They scammed me for $20! I won't purchase any items moving forward
I bought this for my 4 yr old because I want to skip sending him to pre-k and teach him the basics at home. So far it’s been great! It gives short but understandable instructions. It even lets you enter your child’s name in the beginning so that they can practice writing the letters in their name. My son looks at the screen to mimic the movement of writing a letter on the board. It goes step by step. So far my son really loves it. The only down side I would say is it’s a bit bulky but not heavy! So I have to carry it out for him wherever he’s going to sit down.
This has great quality compared to other magnetic drawing pads I've purchased recently. The computer portion is great! It asks your child to spell their name, then shows them their name, so they can write it. It also has several simple drawing lessons. My 3 year old enjoys it, but honestly just does the free draw with it. I think she'll grow into it soon though, and it will help her with writing and drawing.
I actually bought one more so he has two he’s three years old he loves it just bought them for Christmas I got the second from his grandmothers house I love how it shows them how to write letters it’s a great tool for toddlers Shows them how to write their name excellent for the price can’t beat it
