I thought it had more settings and was more practical. The high setting isn't very powerful, and I don't like hard massages

I have my Wagan Ergo Comfort Rest heated massage cushion for 2 weeks now. The massage part is great but the "heat" part is still remains to be felt. I don't think it's working or it is not giving off enough heat..
