the charging port needs improvement it gets loose quickly and wont charge try to have that fixed and it cost more than phone it self buyer beware

My charger for this phone no longer works for it I noticed about 2 or 3 weeks ago my phone was not charging, so I checked to make sure it was plugged all the way in which it was. The charger was very loose.. And I had problems trying to find a cellphone case for it on amazon they had very little to choose from. And now it gets to were it say its to hot it will shut down

works well may fake a little time to learn

Love this phone...its big and works very fast

Audio quality and Wi-Fi pickup capability is better than my previous phone.
