ZTE Maven Android Smartphone AT&T Go Phone Brand New

I was skeptical about buying a smartphone for this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It works great! Well worth the money. I only problem Is the phong uses 5gb of memory for the system, so I bought a 32gb sd-card and all is well. If you are looking for solid phone for cheap, this is it!

This phone is good for someone who is looking for a basic android smart phone that supports 4G LTE, and Wifi. It will take pictures, play music, good for texting and even calling. If you use data it supports that also, however if you do not want to use this feature you can turn it off in the options menu to save a little cash. I did notice that the signal reception is not quite as good as my 9 year old phone, but it is not a deal breaker. It is a good phone for the price. Over all, it is a good Go Phone.

The phone itself is wonderful. The problem arose when I tried to transfer my number to at@t. The phone was not scanned at the warehouse so could not register or start service. I was told that the phone was showing as "unsold" More than an hour and jumping through hoops I finally had my phone set up. The phone it self was well worth the price.

People are saying they run out of storage for app that's because this phone has only 1gb for apps. An alot of it is used by the junk att has put on the phone. Unlike a iPod or hp palm phone where u can uses most of the store for apps if you wanted to. they don't limit app storage like Android phones. Most Android phone and tablets are under powered on the ROM sided and over power on the ram side. Phones and tablets need at less more then 1.5 gb of ROM. Facebook will uses most of maven ROM up. Other problems is icons disappearing, voices mail setting disappearing. Locking up and random powering oin and off and calling and texting people on its own. Zte customer service is not good it took 5 months to get someone to listen to me. An I just sent the phone off for repair. I only had it for 6mo. You pay for what you get.

It comes with 8gig of memory, but it is overdosed with apps that uses all the available memory.. after only two months its running slow because its running out of memory!! One thing you should know, I have not downloaded apps, music, streamed any video, watched youtube or movies.. i have not played any games that require 'space'... its at the point its running slow just trying to update!!! I also have a sd card with tons of room but not much can go there.. It freezes and the voice recognition stinks.. and does not understand NO... it just goes and calls who it thinks you want.. I am in Arkansas and if it were possible to throw that hard i would send it to the depths of the pacific ocean!!! Horrible phone... I thought maybe i was doing something wrong and went to the ATT store and after a few minutes he concluded i was running out of memory! Really! In my exasperation I say that outloud... REALLY wasnt that the reason for my visit? He says well maybe you want to upgrade to a better phone with more memory? I am like 'no' this one is less than two months old!!! done with this phone and with ATT
