I bought this phone for my wife and it performs better than my mine which cost me nearly twice as much. (I have the Straight Talk Galaxy Grand Prime which runs on the Verizon network.) The specs on the two phones are about the same, but her On5 on T-mobile gets better coverage than mine does on Verizon, and the On5 has better call quality than mine which is a big deal for me because my hearing is impaired. So on those counts, the On5 is better. Neither of us has much problems with dropped calls. In response to other bad reviews: * Yes, the On5 has about 4Gb of internal memory occupied by the OS, system files, and bloat-ware, but so does every other phone I've ever bought. This phone is no different. So I put in a 16G memory card, downloaded the "Apps to SD" app, and had no problem moving apps from internal to external memory. PS. You can buy a phone with lots of internal memory but it will cost you ten times what this one does. * Coverage (signal strength, data speeds, calls dropping, etc.) is generally more of a function of the network, traffic load, and your distance from the nearest cell tower than the device in your hand. (I'm a retired telecom network analyst so I know about this.) Before you buy ANY phone find out what network it uses and check that network's coverage map WHERE YOU PLAN TO USE IT. If the coverage map shows you are in a good coverage area and your calls are dropping or data is not available, then there might be a problem with the the radio in your device. Take it to Walmart and exchange it for another On5 before you give up on it. As I said before, my phone uses the Verizon network and the On5 on review here rides the T-mobile network. We live in the Kansas City metro area and my wife's On5 always has better signal strength and data performance than mines does on Verizon! * Yes, it takes a nano sim card but I did not have to cut mine down. The card I bought at Walmart for my wife's On5 was manufactured for use as either an SD size, microSD size or nanoSD size with perforation outlines around the micro and nano sizes. All I needed to do was carefully break away the the outline of the standard SD and microSD portions at their perforation outlines to get down to the nano size card. Bottom line: Are there better phones out there? Sure, but not at this price point. I doubt if you can find a better phone than this for the current price of $69. Where we live , the On5 on T-mobile out performs the Grand Prime on Verizon for coverage, call quality, and data. I hope the On5 is still available when I replace my Grand Prime. I'll buy one!

this phone was great until I discovered that 4 of the 8 gigs of space it gives you is filled with apps that I don't use, and cannot delete or move to sd card. Even with my 32 gig sd card, I constantly have to delete my cache and data or move photos (daily) because of all the low disk space warnings. this phone is great for people that just use thier phone for the basic texting and calling. Not for a person likes me that uses social media apps to keep in tough with family and friends. I plan on getting a different phone as soon as I can.

i almost liked this phone... but within the first week the internal memory was completely full ( even when i moved all photos, videos and extra apps onto my SD card) the camera is TERRIBLE. and on top of all of that, this phone drops more call than it makes. i have people try to call me 3-4 times before it goes through. EVEN though i have full bars and it gets 4G in most places.. Getting a new phone ASAP would not recommend this phone to anyone. unless what was stated above doesn't bother you.
