This kit comes with both TempZone Floor Heating Cable and Fixing Strips. The Fixing Strips are a very economical way to incorporate radiant heating into your project. Once the Fixing Strips are adhered to the subfloor and the heating cable is held in place by the strips (which ensures even heat delivery) the heating cable is ready to be embedded in either thinset or self-leveling cement.The twin conductor cable delivers between 9-26 watts per sq. ft., depending on spacing. This kit also includes a Circuit Check electrical continuity alarm which can alert you if the heating elements are damaged during installation and a WIFI programmable floor heating thermostat.
