Great product.
I like almost every aspect of the grill. It is easy to cook on and clean. Rotisserie makes great and juicy poultry. I even made a duck, it came out with crispy skin. One drawback, a full gas bottle is very difficult to place on the hook for the scale.
Summit grill was easy to assemble, hooked up easily, could improve instructions how the lighting knobs work, but figured it out, cooked superb chicken first night. Satisfied.
My 20+ year old summit died last summer. Only made sense to buy the exact one which will probably last longer since I now know how to take extra care of it.
The knobs are cheap plastic and two have broken in 6 months. It's great I go replacements but still gonna break due to a lower quality material. Heating is uneven and I am yet to get the infrared burner to light
