Weston - 9" Electric Food Slicer - Stainless Steel

I bought this for my husband because he has always wanted a meat slicer. He has used it a couple of times so far and has loved it. The instructions for use and care are very clear and easy to follow. I would recommend that you have plenty of flat counter space to use it though (we live in an apartment and space is a bit limited, lol), and that you put something underneath it to make counter clean up easy for the bits of meat that may miss the plate. All in all, it is a very good buy for the price.

I use it to slice up meats for jerky, which makes dehydrating easier and more uniform, having the same thickness. I also use it to slice my deli sandwich meats and it works well for both. The blade spins slowly, but I still can get a lot sliced in very little time. I worry a little about the cleanup, though the blade comes off easily, there are some little areas that I can't get too. I use great value bleach cleanup spray, so I think it's clean and safe. I haven't had any problems with the unit at all so far and it seems heavy duty for what I use it for. It stays in place on the counter with no sliding while using it. I like it and would recommend it to anyone.

Great product. We have had a number of meat/cheese slicers in our home, and this is the best that we have purchased. Very sturdy and easy to use and clean.

Product does a great job slicing meat, runs a little slower than I expected. If you want to slice cheese it takes time and practice. Overall happy with the purchase.

The gals manning the locally deli counters are going to be heartbroken! So easy to use with larger items such as 12 lb Black Forest hams and 10.5 lb turkey breasts. Clean up and sanitization a snap!
