Whirlpool - 30" Electric Cooktop - Black

Scratch and marks magnet. Just have had the cook top for 3 days and we see permanent marks formed on the glass top. We used the manufacturer recommended cleaning solution but has no impact on the permanently formed marks. The previous cooktop -Amana that we had for last 15 years was anti scratch and marks.

I bought this cooktop because I'm remodelig. The installation was done by a professional, everything connected correctly according to the installation manual. Only works the warm zone, the rest do not work, no matter what I do. Called customer support and I have to wait a whole week for a whirpool technician to come and check what's wrong with it or replace it. I don't know how long is gonna take. Called the store and they told me I have to wait for the technician. I guess Whirpool have a better support or warranty answer.

I didn't think there would be that much of a lack of contrast between the cooking element and the rest of the stove, but unless the light is on (even during the day) I can't tell where the elements are. Also the knobs are also too dark. I can barely tell where the indentation is. The other thing I don't like, is it's too slow to heat compared to my previous stove.
