I have lost 8 pounds in less than 2 weeks. The scale is wide and big enough for persons up to 440 pounds. My family is obsessed, the scale recognize every one of us by name. I love the Witlings app it is easy to set up and install. The scale works with my watch via apple health and transfer information along with my everyday steps. It connects to my Wifi and Bluetooth. This is a smart scale that it gives you your body composition on the spot. I love the graphs on the app they tell you your steps, detailed sleep score, heart rate weight, body fat, activity food intake. Is all you need in one to manage your weight. On the scale when you weight you can see if you are in low, normal or over for measurements. You can also see when you weight your BMI, fat mass, muscle mass, body water, bone mass air quality, weather ect. After having my baby I felt stuck for years in my weight loss journey now no more….The detailed stats helps you keep you encouraged to keep and maintain your weight/ body goals. I really recommend this scale It has changed my life. It has been years since I was stuck in the same weight. Seeing the numbers go down has encouraged me to do life changes that now I follow for a better health.

Most of those are not super intuitive or practical. This is. The scale is fairly easy to connect to Bluetooth. From there, you download the app and connect them. I really like that the scale is so comprehensive in the data it provides. It makes it much easier to track muscle, fat, heart rate and BMI. Something I didn't think I was interested in knowing before. If you are targeting a specific weight or health goal for whatever reason; this is really helpful because it keeps track of everything and even gives you a handy summary of the information. I also like that the scale gives you a little weather forecast for the day, just a nice little addition. The app is well made and easy to use. To my amateur knowledge; the scale seems to be accurate and consistent. Overall, a helpful tool in tracking body health information.

It also tells you the weather that day and your body fat percentage. I like that there can be multiple users as well. I definitely recommend this scale!
