Excellent quality and value. Seat is firm, but comfortable. Maybe too wide for serious off road in rough terrain, because of the width. I have only ridden on pavement and groomed trails and seat performed well.

Bought a triace road bike. Grear bike. Demanding race saddle. The ride is so hard even a very moderate bump produces quite a shock. This saddle absorbs most of the shock from the stiff fame. It also relieves the pressure on the sitz bones. So far great but have yet to do a 50 - 100 mile ride. It is a little wide but should be OK.

So far, this saddle is quite comfortable. Nicely inexpensive. A much better price/value than what you find in the store.

I put this on an 89 Schwinn road bike to replace the original seat. What a difference! I got my wife a schwinn cruiser seat with springs and a lot of padding. I like the feel of that seat but thought it would not be a good seat for a road bike. I tried this since my local walmart marked them down to 12 bucks. Feels great and I plan to grab the last one for my MTB bike. More comfortable to me than the springer seat. My rear is larger in stature, a thinner person may not like this seat on the road, however on a MTB bike I think it would be great for all.

I put this seat on a Shwinn Avenue and what a difference. Much more comfortable and found that on my 30+ mile rides, my legs felt great also. A must!!
