I posted a review about this swing saying that it did not come with the correct restraint straps and there was no way to purchase the correct ones. I was immediately contacted by consumer services which, I felt, went above and beyond to correct the issue. I was offered a new swing but I preferred to just get the one strap I needed. After searching, the consultant was able to find it. She sent it along with a gift for my grandson. I have not had an opportunity to use the swing yet but I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Other companies could learn from them! My kid loves it, and honestly I cant imagine a perfect baby room without it. And yes.... all the advertised features works beautifully; the ability to switch to adapter lets you save money on batteries.

This swing was so easy to put together. Grandma had it together within a half hour. Love that it has an ac adapter, comes in handy when "Fussy Gussy" gets he cranky on.
Love the swing my son loves it. Very nice in decoration and love the mobile to go with it. Would definitly reccomend this to anyone chosing a swing to choose this style.
I'm one of those parents that spends a lot of time going over reviews trying to find the best product for the best price. After reading all the reviews about motors dying and being noisy, I was hesitant because my baby is 1 month old and already over 12 lbs. I have four children and this is the best swing I've owned. I have used everyday for two weeks and it works like new every time and in my opinion a baby swing could not be more quiet. This is the first swing I have owned that has an AC adapter you will absolutely save a bundle not having to constantly worry about replacing batteries, but you have battery option in case you use it outdoors. The swing is very sturdy and beautiful design. My baby is really amused by the mirror mobile overhead, and the seat is very soft with a secure design for baby. Pick this swing and you will be glad you will be glad you did!
the thing i'm not sure about with this product is a "ratcheting"noise it makes at start-up and then from time to time. at first i was uncertain about the slight clicking it makes - i was comparing to the ones at my baby's school but then found out that theirs makes a clicking too so i'm fine with that, just not sure about the other noise. The noises don't seem to bother my baby though. the music and "nature sounds" are great. This one has two incline levels, flat or slightly, which is still basically laying down. i wish it had a third that was closer to sitting up. the main thing is my baby loves it, provides a safe place for me to put him to nap or just when i need both hands.
I didn't rate this at 5 stars because the first one that was delivered to us was not working. everything ran on it except the music. We returned it to a walmart store, got store credit and reordered it the same night. The 2nd one that came works great. It is super cute. We cant wait for the baby to arrive so we can see him/her in it!
Like the item haven't used a lot yet only thing motor is a little noisy
I first bought a Graco swing that I used everyday for 3 months until the motor quit. my sister in law had a Fisher Price swing and loved it so I decided to get one. it was easy to put together but whenever I turn the Mobile on and made a loud creaking sound and then stopped working. I am very upset that this product did not work. I have not yet decided if I'm going to exchange it for another one or buy a completely different brand. I am kind of hoping it was just a fluke. on the positive side, I love the fact that it has a moving mobile and A mirror for the baby to look at while he is in the swing. it has multiple music options and I love the fact that it has three different positions to swing.
