A little larger than expected but we love it!
I love the swing and the flexibility it allows with different music options. The color is neutral so a girl or boy can use it. Great product for the price
So far so good. I order 2 since I'm having twins, but one came in broken. But it was easy to send back and they shipped another one within a week. Other then that no complaints. Works really good.
I love this swing! At first I thought it was going to be way too big but it folds up slightly which gets it out of the way just enough. I don't have to worry about batteries because it plugs in, which is great because we use it constantly. My son isn't quite a month old yet and he loves his swing as much as I do! The only negative I have to say about it is that when the swing is swinging the whole swing frame move and bows. It's locked into position so I have slowly realized it's not a big deal but when I used it the first time it made me really nervous. We really do love this swing!
I haven't got to use this swing yet, however I have the whole Ingenuity line for my baby when he gets here. This swing is very soft, and the music options and spinning mobile are great! You can have them swim front to back or side to side which is a great option! There is also a port to hook up your phone, though I don't know how often I'll actually use that. The directions take a minute to interpret but I was able to get it together within about 20 min.
We had a fisher price swing from our older daughter- alas 5 years in the attic later, the motor was shot. I was bummed I had to shell out another $100+ for a new swing, but in the end I'm very glad I did! This swing is awesome! I love all the features, it works great, looks great- not cheap like my previous swing. Baby loves it! I said to my husband, I never do reviews but given the chance for this, I will. So here I am! We've only been using it for 3 weeks (baby is 5weeks) but as long as it continues to work as well as it has, I will be super happy. Totally worth it.
We went through 5 swing styles/brands trying to find one our baby liked (including the very expensive MamaRoo, which he hated) We finally narrowed it down to he disliked side to side and rocking motions, he preferred head to toe swinging. He adores the mirror (which provides him a clear reflection) and will stare & coo at it for quite awhile. He is not bothered by the lights or mobile (we did change the toys out for ones that complemented his room theme). ***And it's QUIET! We only get a creak if the speed is up high & the stand/legs aren't straight (and right now we only use it on 1/2, so it doesn't affect us at the moment) Overall we are very pleased with this swing and would absolutely recommend it!
I assembled this in about half an hour myself -very easy. My baby loves relaxing And napping in the swing. He really loves the soothing music and captivating lights. It's nice for me too - frees up my hands and I can listen to my music! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We bought this swing yesterday; so this is first impression. Our baby does like it. The swing mechanism is good in every direction (wide soothing swings). The seat seems pretty comfortable and can recline if you want your child to be in more of a 'laying down' position. Again, the swing function is good and can go from side to side or front to back. The fabric is fuzzy and nice. It wasn't difficult to put together or adjust to fit baby in the safety straps. The motor is quiet! Very quiet! The giraffe design is cute and the mobile and light show is very cool- baby loves the lights! The electronic options are nice. There are many sounds and noises with volume control. There are different speeds for the swing and all the options are push button. My only gripe is that our electronics didn't work right out of the box; the sounds would flip around and couldn't shut them off. The only thing to stop the dysfunction was to plug my phone into the sound jack and play music or shut the entire swing off. I could have returned it to wal mart but we live an hour from town. I called ingenuity company and they have shipped me a new control module. They were easy to talk to and we're happy to fix the issue. Overall, I like this product and the company!
We had a Cradle n Swing from their competitor which was amazing and better than this one until it broke down and we thought of trying this one out. The swing is functional, light weight and the color is bright enough and goes well with any home decor. It also has a slot where you can place your phone to play songs for the baby as he naps. We tried to connect the pin to the phone but it never worked so we figured, let's just play songs and video from the phone and add some volume for baby to enjoy. The most annoying thing about this item is the sound, it sounds like its running on low batteries or a missed frequency that is not clear at all. The bucket where the baby sleeps is also not as good for the head support. If you decide to feed your baby in it, you will not like how bouncy it is especially when baby turns the head or acts up. My son is only 4 months old and likes to enjoy his drink in it while relaxing. Remember! I am comparing it to the one i had earlier on. Overall, not bad and not the best either.
