The Remington Dual-Foil is a great shaver that I have had for years! The replacement heads keep it going on-and-on. In fact I rarely have to order a new head, but they do eventually wear out and have to be replaced. Thanks for having them available!
I have a Remington rechargeable shaver that is still going strong. But I dropped it and tore the foil, which made shaving a bit delicate! Instead of replacing the whole shaver, I decided to look into a replacement foil. Got it quickly and using it gladly!
Had a problem with my F-4 shaver, a spindle with a spring that holds the blade in place, broke, which shouldn't have. Customer service took care of me immediately and shipped out a new shaver for no charge!!!
The order was shipped right away and delivered days later, unlike many other online businesses during this pandemic. The products were the high quality we’ve come to expect from Remington.
Shopped for a new screen & cutter because my screen had developed a hole due to being dropped. Found my original paperwork, ordered replacement thru the website on the paper work. I now have a 'new' shaver. Works like it did when I purchased new. NO complaints.
I got these replacement screens and cutters 2 weeks ago. they give me the smoothest shave possible with an electric razor. I am definitely a Remington fan for life!!!
I'm very happen Al though it's very expensive. I would buy a new razor for $10.00 more but Walmart doesn't carry that type and more. I can't believe how fast Walmart shipped to post office.
Disheartened: Item icture of Remington SP 62 was the "vintage" yellow packaging, Items sent are the newer "blue and black" packaging. These "newer" parts are make to fit other Remington Models and don't hold up in the original DA 307 shavers. Do I attempt to get an exchange or return these or settle for using them anyway? (Price is kind of in line with the lesser value). Other reviews have described poor customer service. Tiresome. Be sure to read the one star and 2 star reviews ... Sweet deals but dealing with customer service can dissipate the rewards...
Usually I get long life from both screen and blade combination. This last time, however, the screen developed a hole several weeks after installing it. The hole was sharp and I had to throw it away. I hope that was an isolated instance.
The replacement screen used to fit fine years ago but then the last couple of years it's been a struggle to fit. The poor fit then causes the screen to wear out more quickly.
