In the past, I have gone through a lot of razors that just don't { cut the mustard] seem to get a as close shave as this one. It makes shaving fast. I HIGHLY recommend this product. I like the ideal just wash the shaving head off under the sink faucet. Found out hot water does best. You can't beat the price 39.99 does the same job as the79.00 rem. with the same head. I see why it is sold out all the time.
This razor is great. In the past I would have issues with electric razors cutting my neck, but the flexible heads on this one take care of that, I haven't cut myself yet. The detailing trimmer is also great for sideburns and any facial hair touch ups. Very satisfied with this razor, I'm going to buy one for my dad for Christmas because I like it so much.
For years I have been trying to get my husband to buy a shaver instead of traditional razors. I am so sick of buying the cartridges since they have become SO expensive. They are at least $30 every time I buy him a pack, what a rip off. For some odd reason he has always used razors and didn't want to step out of his comfort zone. That is until i brought this Remington shaver home for him to try. I had to do a little coaxing but he tried it out one morning and told me he loved it! He said "You were right, I didn't know what I was missing all of these years". I love those words..."YOU ARE RIGHT". He was unsure if it would get a close shave but he said it shaves very very close for an electric razor and his face looks just like if he used a traditional razor. Another plus is that the battery charge for weeks before recharging and its really easy to clean. This shaver will pay for itself quickly!
Am trying this shaver for last 2 weeks. Its good and good part is you dont need foam, water etc. My initial worry , Razors pain a lot, this doesn't pain and easy to use.
I got this for my husband to try, and overall he thought it was pretty good. He said that it provides a close shave, but that it is kind of hard to clean and it doesn't contour to his face as well as he would have liked. The movement in the head isn't great so it can take some additional time in going over areas that are missed because it doesn't contour to his face as he is using it. Overall though he still thought it was pretty good as the end result was a close shave and it didn't irritate his skin (a problem he has sometimes with a normal razor).
Nice fit and finish tp the product --but nothing extra special about this shaver -- does the job -- found that it was a bit challenged on the heavier beard areas -- just took a bit longer than I owuld have expected. Good value.
Overall, I've been pleased with the razor after using it for one week. While I thought that the packaging was a little difficult to open, I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy and the closeness of my shaves, compared to the past electric razor that I had. Very good for a $40 electric razor.
I have to admit this is my first experience with an electric shaver. I've used this everyday for a week now and it does what I expect it to do. I haven't had to charge it back up at all, which is pretty handy. It does tend to miss some hairs around my jawline and down my neck. The popup trimmer button is placed in a position where its easy to accidently activate while using. Overall I'm satisfied with this product but not blown away.
I started using this product.. initally i had few problems.. like scratches on my skin.. but now, i'm fine with the product and loved this. this is an amazing product. which doesn't require any foam.. blade.. water.. it saved lot of time for me.
I am 52 yrs old been using remington products since I was 16. This is a VERY bad design as the Blades will NOT stay on, ! of the broke off afer 2 months. Ive NEVER had a bad razor from this company before. I hope they change the design.. As for shaving ITS WONDERFUL. It shaves a lot better than any norelco Ive ever tried..
