Ok so I tried this new to me nail polish because I wanted to see how long it would actually last-- we all know that there are many polishes that flake off in a matter of hours or after a day of wear -- and because of this I have been loyal to one brand that is often seen in nail salons because of its long wear capabilities. I love the 5 pack, I picked the pink and red colors- not sure how well you vam see the colors in the pictures but I am posting a photo of my nails after 5 days. That being said, the Eternal nail polish has lasted!!! I am super tough on my nails, constantly washing my hands, gardening, cleaning the house etc. I also didn't know nail polish being vegan! I would highly recommend this polish being vegan was a thing-- so I guess that is another plus!
This set is a great choice for bold and bright color choices. The brush lays down adequate amount of polish and two thin coats covered nicely. The blue and green appear to have metallic shimmer while the other colors do not. I passed the blue and green along to my daughter and kept the other more traditional colors for myself. This would make a great gift for any tween or teen girl or anyone who wants fun colors.
I love all the colors in this set! They are each vibrant and beautiful. The polish goes on smoothly, but needs at least 2 coats to achieve covered results. I wish the polish didn't smell so strong... definitely apply in a well ventilated area. I wouldn't say this polish is long lasting because it started chipping after just two days, but overall, the colors are very pretty and look nice on any nails.
I love the eternal brand nail polish! I have 3 granddaughters and they love to get their nails polished. I have a set of the eternal polish that are earth tones and so when I saw this beautiful bright colored set I new I had to get it! This polish goes on smooth and drys very fast so it is perfect for that beautiful girlie touch! The colors are so bright and cheery! It stays on great without chipping and one coat covers perfectly! There are so many beautiful colors to choose from and I will probably end up with them all!
This is a nice nail polish. I like that it's made in the USA. It applies nicely and seems to last a while. I like the bright and vibrant colors. It doesn't get gunky or pool with too much liquid when applying. You get a nice even coat. I did two coats and it came out nicely. It also dries very quick. I had my socks back on in no time. Overall I find it to be a great quality nail polish at a very reasonable price. It is an added plus that it doesn't have a ton of smelly chemicals and no animal products.
The consistency is not too think or too thin. I have used the blue, both shades of pink and the green. The green did require two coats to get the look I desired. I didn't have to use a base coat or a top coat to the nail polish to look great. It dries quick. I hand wash my dishes. The nail polish didn't not peel off. Plus since the pandemic, I wash my hands often and I use alcohol based hand sanitizer several times a day. The polish doesn't get dull like some polishes I have used. My 4 year old grand daughter loves to have spa day with me. I painted her toe nails blue (her most favorite color), and she loved it. Because the polish fries quickly, I didn't have any issues of her polish smearing once I was done. She was so excited to have the polish on. The nail polish colors are very bright. All the colors pop and will look nice on all skin tones. I look forward to wearing my sandals this summer so I can show off the colors on my toenails while traveling and vacationing. Taking off the polish wasn't difficult. I used regular nail polish remover. My nails were not stained from the nail color.
I've actually tried one other set of Eternal polishes so I have at least some experience with the formula and all of the polishes that I've tried--including these--are surprisingly good for being so affordable. Most of the colors applied well and were opaque in two coats with the exception of one and the formula is easy to use. The wear time is also very decent; I always pair my polishes with a base and topcoat to extend the wear time as much as possible and I easily got 4 days of wear time before they started chipping. The bright colors are fun and the standout for me was definitely the blue although I was a little disappointed with the pinks in the set because they look nearly identical when actually applied on the nails. Overall, though, it's a nice set and fun for a cute Skittle mani.
Bold and pretty colors. I did notice that the green requires 2 coats; the others are OK with 1, but 2 brings out the color more. I suggest using a clear coat for best results to get a bright shine. The colors flow very easily when you're painting your nails and the best part...seem to hold well, don't chip and flake easy. They dry fast too, that's a bonus! Love the set.
I am very pleased with the coverage of this nail polish. I like a polish that is not so translucent that it shows the imperfections beneath. This polish covers well enough that one coat would do, but two coats look even better. The first picture The picture of the left foot is just one coat of polish. The picture of the right foot shows two coats of polish with a top-coat. This polish also has a nice shine to it, so no top-coat would be needed. I ordered the pink set and actually like every one of the five shades. There are a variety of colors including vibrant shades that will stand out, to muted shades. There's something for every occasion. I did not time how long it took to dry, but it seemed to dry quickly. It dried with no peeling, smearing, or denting. After a week, the polish still looks great. There is no noticeable chipping. I only painted my toes and it is wintertime, so there was minimal exposure, but I think it would hold up well in the summertime. The kit is great if you like all of the colors like I do. I think that it would make a great small or extra gift, or a stocking stuffer at Christmas time. I'm giving it four stars, because I do have some nail polish that I like a bit better, but this is pretty good polish. I would order it again and would recommend to others.
First off, these colors are pretty for spring and summer time. They all require two coats for a perfect full coverage look. It does not give you that high strong nail polish smell that other nail polishes give you. It does dry fast which I love! After three days it did start to chip so keep that in mind. These are Greta nail polishes and I am looking forward to trying other colors.
