We built a house in Oklahoma in 2005 and this Whirlpool Trash Compactor was installed in our home. When we moved back to Texas in July 2019, we had our kitchen island extended to accommodate the same Whirlpool Trash Compactor. It works so well, crushes our trash without a problem and seems very strong. After ordering, our wait period was short and we have the support of our local store.
