[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my milk really cold if I turn it up one setting pass the factory recommended setting the fridge is to cold and freeze is a lot colder I need something in between but it is what is also the top of the outside of the refrigerator is bulged slightly I'm a little concerned i would like to know if thats ok or not is it going to be a problem? I don't know who to ask, I like the glass shelves
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Operates well (although correcting balancing the freezer and refrigerator compartment temps seems more difficult than it should be), nice clean design, great delivery and setup service by the my seller's delivery service contractor. After delivery and set-up (of course) and after I removed the protective plastic film I was quite disappointed to discover a dent in the inside lip of the stainless steel freezer door that was hidden by the plastic wrap. There are no other nearby dents or damage and I watched the delivery crew unpack and place the refrigerator, so I am pretty sure it was a "factory installed" dent, come on Whirlpool you can do better than this! The dent doesn't seem to affect the operation of the refrigerator but it's just one of those "first world" annoyances that I probably wouldn't have even thought about until I received a request to review my purchase. Hopefully, I'll get many years of service out of it, dent and all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The position of the light button in the refrigerator is not located in the best of places. I had to have the door open on the right side. Every time I reach in for an item on the second shelf, my arm hits the button & turns off the light.

We bought 1 and the seal was so bad that it wouldn't seal and then we returned it for one of the same and the freezer wouldn't stay cold enough so we returned it and gave up on this brand!! Very Horrible Quality Control!!!
