Totally satisfied with my shaver. That is why I've been willing to pay for the replacement screens and cutters for my current shaver. I could by a new brand name razor from a different manufacturer for the price, but it would not compare to my quality product. Just wish I could get the replacement screens separately as this piece is fragile. Doesn't take much to damage the screen resulting in nicks in skin if used.
the replacement works better than the one that came with the razor' The screen on top is very soft . My screen on the other one just split while I was shaving my legs that smarts..Well I love this razor I charge it and It's good for 3 leg shaves my old razor 1 shave and dead. If you are really serious about a leg razor this one is for you.
I had used the product since 2009 with no problems. The screen on the razor started showing wear and needed to be replaced. I was happy to find that the replacement was available. When it arrived, I was also happy to find how easy it was to remove and replace. Very happy with my purchase.
The original parts were very difficult to remove from the razor but once I was able to get those parts removed, the replacement parts were easy to install and they fit perfectly. So far they've worked as well as the original parts and have had no problems.
I should have replaced the blades a year ago, but I kept putting it off until I couldn't stand it anymore. So very glad I did! It's like brand new again. I won't put it off again!
Once I removed the old cutters, installing the new ones was a snap, literally. I had a small challenge removing my old cutters. It was easier with a cloth between cutters & my fingers. The foils are easy to replace the whole unit just slides out & new one slides in. Well worth the investment. Basically, it makes the razor new again.
I can always get replacement blades for my "old" Remington razor. I am very happy about that. My razor is the best I have ever had and would not want to have to buy a new one because I could not find replacement blades!
Shaver was moderately priced but the screen was damaged after only a few uses. The replacement part cost almost as much as the shaver. The replacement screen was easy to remove and replace but with shipping and the cost of the replacement screen I could have bought a new shaver.
I was pleased with the shave. Not amazing but way better than anything else I've tried...
The shaver replacement foil is not the same as in the picture.
