This phone is a mother's day gift f ok for me, and I found it is amazing quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great processor and battery life. Great for RDA and photos.
This phone is great. It has lots of space for all the apps, pictures and videos! Camera quality is great. The quick access features are always awesome to have as well. It's very fast and can keep up with switching between apps and running several apps and streaming at the same time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from moto Z3 to the edge +. Phone has been good so far, good battery, camera is fine and cheaper than other phones of similar capabilities. Love the ready for feature!
I bought my phone in August and it is beautiful. I love the size. I was highly impressed. It took about 4 hours to update every update till I made it Android 13 but it was worth it. It runs pretty smooth. The main issue I cannot seem to get support for is I am not on 5G even though AT&T says I should be on 5G with my phone. My Sim card is also 5G. The phone display is beautiful. The camera takes beautiful day pictures but the at night it is a hit and miss. Sometimes the night mode works and sometimes it doesn't. I will tell you it works way better than my Google Pixel 7a. So if your wondering about this model it is great.
The phones great performance is unquestionably amongst the best. the flat big screen makes playing videogames on it sometimes to enjoy. The front camera makes all my pics and vids looks fantastic. However id like to report a serious strange problem that happened to me "the loud speakers were superbly loud and crispy for the first 2 days before any updates and I loved it, however I put my Verizon simcard in the phone and phone went through some software updates and after the updates the loud speakers lost about 50% of their loudness, 50 of their crispy and clear sound, now they sound like something is suppressing the sound. I also notice noice coming from them when I touch the screen. When I play music the noice comes out with it and when I stop the music the noice remains active for about 3 seconds. Loudspeakers are special for music lovers like me and I have been living with this problem since the phone went through those software updates. Those updates destroyed my loud speakers. Before the updates the speakers sounded as good as the speakers in my Moto edge plus 2020 or better, but after the update they sound as bad as the speakers in my lg g8 thinq. Its so upsetting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The choice of gorilla glass 3 on the display panel makes no sense to me. I haven't uses a screen protector in a decade. 2 weeks with this phone and it already has a scratch. Additionally the display looks washed out no matter what I set the color profile to. Whites look grey. The battery life is also not super impressive as the brightness has to stay near 100% to be able to read the screen. For $500 the phone is pretty meh. Performance wise it's what you'd expect. The software is great as it's very close to stock Android. The camera and AI processing are great. Sometimes images look too blown out though. At the end of the day it's another internet pocket rectangle that works with Verizon's wifi calling, so it meets my minimum requirements. Nothing exciting.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok phone. Gets crazy HOT when using navigation without being plugged in. They finally overly complicated the software to having way too many options that you have a hard time gong what you really want to do. Limited number of built in ring tones. If you want a computer this may be your answer. Also constant notifications, pop-ups and reminders that can't seem to be turned off. Don't put it in your pocket with keys or you can break out a camera lens pretty easily. The flashlight is a beast very bright.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok phone, has it's quirks. Can't use my hot spot with it so that makes me upset. Don't like all the extra moto crude that comes on it.
Positive: storage. Negatives: sound volume (phone calls, speaker phone & video); what you type (texting, etc) isn't necessarily what appears in the screen, repeatedly touch screen before it responds. Numerous calls to Lenovo & Motorola. Lenovo sent me to Motorola. On 5th call to Motorola, they will only replace with used phone (though I started calling about 13 days after activation). Why replace a malfunctioning phone with a phone that was probably returned for malfunctioning?
