Has potential to be great.

It does the job, but stays in night vision 95% of the time. I love the two way talk back. However, the battery life is like barely an hour so it's always plugged in.

Wont charge properly. So I cant even just leave it plugged in. Still dies; it beeps obnoxiously first of course. I have to leave it off and just check it periodically. Last time I turned it on to check, it wouldnt turn off again! By the time i was ready for bed, it was still on, so I disconnected the battery to avoid it expiring and beeping in the middle of the night!

STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible customer service, terrible product. Within a few months, the signal will start going out on you. You'll have to reset the camera maybe once every other week, then it turns into a few times a week. Then your start having to reset the camera every day and you get woken up in there middle of the night with an alarm, louder than an ambulance, because the camera is out again. Then you can't call to complain, you have to make an email request to start a ticket with an outsourced call center, then you may or may not get a replacement. If you do, the warranty on the replacement is only 90 days, so you go through the same few months of the product working, then it starts going out on you again. Good luck trying to get your "new" product replaced. Don't but ANY Motorola baby monitor. They DON'T stand by their product, they DON'T provide customer service, they DON'T deserve your business. Also, do know that they're phone company is a completely different company than their baby monitor company, so even if your love their phones, do NOT trust a baby monitor from this company

Horrible Monitor!

Don't waste your time or money with this monitor; it's junk! I've been using it for 4 months now, no longer will charge without holding the cable to the monitor, poor picture quality and no volume control on the camera so the melodies play extremely loud.

Not worth it

We have only had this monitor for 3 years. We used it with our first son for a year and a half. Then, stored it away properly. We just got it back out to use with our second son (less than 3 years difference mind you) and it doesn’t work. We have tried everything, and customer service isn’t helping much. Just like other reviews stated- no refunds, exchanges and of course we are past the 90 day warantee. Only buy this if you are willing to buy another one in a couple of years time.

Awful product!!!!

Omg AWFUL!!!!!! Do not waste your money or register for this garbage... the battery is non-existent... like I will charge it overnight and then get about 30 minutes out of it. And once the battery starts dying, the beeping never stops!! Its horrendous and LOUD! It also keeps turning on and off, which means that itll sound like my baby is peacefully asleep, then all of a sudden, the monitor turns back on and i actually hear that shes freaking out!! So basically it doesnt do the one thing its supposed to, total trash! Awful awful awful.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I would give this zero stars it it was possible. I recieved this monitor as a baby shower gift, claims to be wireless and have large range for connection. If taken off the charging cord it doesnt stay on. No matter how long its on the charging cord it will beep obnoxiously and very loud also will show the battery red

Worst ever

Horrible product, I'm returning the one I purchased. I can't believe they would sell a monitor that doesn't last 2 hours with the screen off. Fair warning don't buy this unit.

Horrible

This monitor is awful. I have, unfortunately, had many monitors and this is by far the worst. The range of 1000ft is not quite that. It screams at me when I'm 15ft away. The battery life is pathetic as well. 2 hours. Maybe. After a full charge. The picture is grainy and there's no way for you to move the camera. So so so diapasointed in Motorola. I've owned this monitor a week, and all these problems. Keep shopping. This isn't the monitor you want.

Bad company

This item is junk. It’s great until it up and breaks. Motorola told us that since it was a baby shower gift and we didn’t have a receipt or date of purchase that it was not warranty worthy - even though the screen just stopped working with vertical lines down it. I asked if I could send it to Motorola for repair - and they don’t do repairs just replacements! They only offered me 25% off my next replacement monitor. Why would I buy from a company that doesn’t even repair their own work? I would just be facing the problem again in the future.
