[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I've been caring for two family members with differing stages of cancer. I also have Lyme disease,myself and am prone to stress flare ups. In addition,like that's not enough,I struggle to run a small art business from my home and care for my elderly mother who lives with me. I have had to run myself ragged in ways I never have lately. I've had to take both back and forth to radiation and chemo 5 days a week plus have been moving things around in their homes so that life is easier for them has left me sore. I have to carry my aunt some times to bathe her and where i would never want to hurt her feelings,dead weight is heavy. I get Saturday and Sunday that they have other family there to help but I stay so sore. I'd forgotten about this sound sleep bath salts. It's is lavender blossom and peony smell permeated the bathroom entirely and allowed me to breathe and start to relax. This specific salt is formulated FOR de stressing the mind,which I need for multiple reasons but it's also formulated to soothe tired and sore muscles. I ran my bath as hot as I could stand it and soaked and it truly invigorated my entire body. I'm so thankful to have found a natural remedy that helps with all this. I'm stunned that I can literally stand up straighter after that bath! So,after my weekend of soaking,I took a little in two seperate bags to both of my aunt's who have the cancers,I allowed both of them to soak and they both felt a lot better after being able to breathe it in and reap the benefits. The salt not only smells good but I mixed some in with my body wash for an incredible scrub,my skin felt so incredibly smooth and hydrated. I felt like I'd spent a day at a spa from a single soak! I'm pretty blown away by the effects of a bath salt,let me tell you,I'm grateful!

You don't need a lot of it in your tub. Follow directions for the best results. The added bonus is that it makes your skin very soft.

I mix with hot water and it's the most relaxing experience. I always feel calm and relaxed after using, and it helps me to fall asleep quickly. I love the light scent I cab smell on my skin after I am done in the bath. I definitely recommend, and already have recommended to family and friends!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the find your happy place a great night sleep epsom bath salt in my bath.i like to take long hot bath and relax.I poured in my tub and soaked myself.once you open the bag it smells so wonderful.its made with lavender blossom and peony.I didn't use for a great night sleep but I did use at night to relax and for my sore legs and back..it's a great way to enjoy a hot bath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find Your Happy Place A Great Night Sleep Bath Salt is a very light scented bath salt that dissolves well in a nice-warm bath or foot soak. The scent is calming, and I like to use it when I do self-care, usually before a pedicure. If you are looking for a resealable bag, though, do not look here. The zip top will not close up, and it won't even start, so for that I'm disappointed in the product. Not sure if it's a poorly designed zip system or if the bath salts get into it so it won't zip. I had to use a disposable bag to keep the product safe from spilling or taking in moisture from the air.

The fragrance of the lavender and other relaxing scents is not too overpowering but also doesn't seem to last very long. Does help relax my or my wife's muscles after long days or even as a simple foot soak still works wonders. Would recommend the water for the bath or soak to be very very hot at first to dissolve the salt bath mixture otherwise it does take a while to dissolve.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This bath salt is extremely strongly scented. I love using epsom bath salts and normally just use the unscented kind. I decided to give this a try, and put as much as I normally do in the bath and you could smell it from the next room! Next time I use it I will just put like a tablespoon of this in and the rest my unscented. Overall good, but just a little to strong for my liking.
