These pillows came out perfect. Ordered them to give as Christmas gifts to family members. The pictures (old and new) were clear and the layout looks great. I was nervous about how the final results, but I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the results.
Pleasantly pleased with the quality of this pillow! I was expecting a more pixelated photo, but I needed a present for Christmas. Not only did this arrive within a week of Christmas, but the photo quality was amazing and comparable to other online personalization stores. A great buy and a great quality product!
Turned out better than I expected. Made them for Christmas gifts and they are cherished gifts. Made of quality material and look amazing. We purchase again.

pillows arrived within a week which was days earlier than expected and they are beautiful. The quality is good pictures are crystal clear.

it came ripped. its an awesome gift i was worried about the quality when i ordered it because my iphone pictures kept coming up as 'low quality' when i uploaded them, but it turned out just fine i love it- except that its got a major rip on the front so I'm super disappointed):
They completely messed this up. There should be some quality assurance person who verifies that these print accurately. I ordered a family picture and all of the skin tones turned out purple. These were supposed to be a gift and now I don't know what to do. A waste of money.
They sent my gift to my son someone else's pillow There is a whole family of pictures we dont know. That means someone got his pillow with our family on it. Im trying to find out where his pillow is and having A hard time getting help.
When I previewed the photos online, you could see everyone in the photo. When I got the pillow, our grandson is cut off. Worthless pillow if the entire family isn't visible. Otherwise, I would have been able to give 5 star. I'm not posting photo due to privacy.
