I love this phone but I've always been a fan of Motorola phones. For the price it's a great phone and it's blazing fast on the 5g, what I don't like about it is that the SD card can only be used as portable storage not Internal. But with 64 GB of storage on the phone I probably won't need any more space.
It's a good solid all around phone on a create network
Love the extra storage space, it's large and easy to hold for someone with arthritis in the hands, has lots of extras that I'll have to learn but should be easy to figure out
It is an excellent phone considering that its free. Works great and has a great camera for taking awesome pictures and movie quality videos. Only thing i dont like about it is the texture of the back. Other than that i would have given it a 5 star review. I highly recommend this phone.
Love the phone so far havent had any issues seems ti be actually running great
The phone itself is aesthetically pleasing and is everything I thought it could be which was a free phone however, the service area is less than pleasant I had better coverage with metro pcs. I'm actually thinking about reverting back to it due to the lack of service in certain areas.
It's good , pretty fast given it's not flagship. But the cameras suck. The stabilizer for snapping pictures sucks
Loses signal a lot and will not make wifi calls even with that feature enabled. Often unable to send or receive texts. Have to restart multiple times a day to avoid missing calls and texts or have to turn off Wifi. These are known problems, easily searchable online.
I will never buy another phone from Walmart .com. They use third party company's to send phones that were never scanned. By the way Walmart .com and your local Walmart does not correspond, have any affiliation on phones or phone services. Imagine That!!! I called 1800walmart and they said it would take 24/48 hours to have the phone scanned by the third party. When we contacted them again there was no record of our calling. I am told that third party whomever that may be will be contacted within 24/48 more hours. Still waiting for a phone that was delivered 2 weeks ago that cannot be used. Glad I do not make a living with this phone or there has not been an emergency. Be forewarned, that customer service Andree whomever he is will never discuss anything with me again and you should consider whether it is worth this much headache to purchase a phone from Walmart.
A family member lost the original Sim card to the phone. Motorola would not activate the phone without the original Sim card. I cannot return the product to Walmart without the Sim card. I have no idea if the phone works or not because I can't use it without the original Sim card that was lost..
