I was looking for an inexpensive, lightweight and multi surface, multi-use vacuum. I tried finding a used one but it was unsuccessful. Finally I was shopping one day and this Black and Decker stick vac popped up. The price was so reasonable that I purchased without hesitation plus BD is a well known brand. The vacuum is amazingly light weight and powerful. Plus it assembles in less than a minute
I love how light weight and convenient this stick vacuum is to use. I have never had a 3 in 1 vacuum before and now I wish I have always owned one. I have cats and they are messy, always knocking something down or shedding all over everything. This vacuum is great to clean up their little messes really fast and easy. I love how you can detach the stick to have a hand held vacuum, I used it to clean out my car. Emptying the canister and cleaning the filter is fool proof. I definitely recommend this stick vacuum to any one that needs something light, yet durable.
I have a long-haired, dog border collie and flat coat retriever cross. I vacuum once a day and as needed I shampoo the carpet after only two weeks between shampoos, and even though I'm vacuuming every day I still get about a quart bag full of dog hair that has been in pushed down into the carpet. Although the carpet looked clean, after vacuuming when I shampooed it, I retrieved a tremendous amount of hair so now I do have not only a carpet that looks clean, but it is clean. It does not smell of muddy paw prints, and just in general freshening the entire room. .
I love this little stick vacuum, we live in a small apartment and this machine is just the right size for easy storage…. The vacuum works really good and the light is bright…. The only issue with it is that it is very light weight and the front part won't stay flat while using it……added light weight to make it easier to use……
This is my first time to order online in Walmart. I am concerned because nobody called me and the driver just leave the package in front of the entrance door which is not safe because the chances that someone might steal it is high. I instructed the store to tell the driver to notify/call me in advance when they arrive. Anyway, the vacuum is good, with nice suction capability.
This vacuum received was defective. Every time I use the stick to vacuum the floors it always gets stuck and doesn't lay flat automatically. I have to push it down flat by hand. I already own one so I decided to order another one, but I'm not happy with the second one. Picture taken shows it is not laying flat after leaning the vacuum back. It's barely been used and was defective after setting it all up right out of the box.
It does just "okay." I purchased it because it was on sale. It won't pick up anything that is too flat on a hardwood or tile floor, whereas the Bissell 2030 will pick up anything. I used it on carpet and the pictures are below. This was after 10 passes horizontally and 10 vertically at slightly varied angles to be thorough. It does have decent suction, and the brush attachment got the hair and debris out very well. I'd recommend it for crevices and upholstry or cat trees.
I have vinyl flooring and carpet in my apartment. I also have a cat that sheds a lot despite me brushing her multiple times a day. This vacuum is not meant for carpet. There is no brush or anything to "agitate" and get stuff that is deeper in the carpet. This works well on hardwood flooring, but definitely has a weaker suction than a traditional vacuum. I think this is perfect for someone starting out and living in a small studio apartment with no carpet, but something stronger is needed for a larger space.
This 3in1 stick vacuum from Black and Decker, is perfect for under the couch. It small, lightweight and easy to maneuver. The suction could be stronger as it wasn't able to suck up the goldfish on the floor. It's cute and little great for apartments. My 18 month old even enjoyed using it. I haven't used the hand held feature but will definitely be soon for the car.
I placed an order online same day delivery with Walmart plus. Gets delivered tonight, I pull open the package and the vacuum slides out of the box. You can clearly tell it's been opened. But to my shock, not only has it been opened it has been used and returned. Then resold! To me! How this even happened I have no clue! This should have never made it to the shelf! There is a wad of hair, rice and debris in the vacuum. Literally disgusted, I contacted customer service for them to tell me I have to return it for a refund! I pay for Walmart plus to avoid having to go in the local store because it's not shopper friendly, and you are going to tell me because of the errors that were made by whoever shipped this off, I have to return this?! Absolutely not! I am not happy! This is unacceptable and I refuse to return something that was clearly not meant for resale!
