Got the New iPad three days before it was promised when I ordered it. Well packaged and the battery was almost fully charged. This is my second iPad, so I kinda knew what to expect, but the new one is FAST! The other great feature is its high resolution display. That is eye-catching in every respect. I had all my pictures stored on my original iPad, and when I went to restore them to the new one, even though both are 64 Gb units, the pictures wouldn't fit. My guess is that iTunes is set to maximize the pictures that it puts on the new iPad, so since most were high resolution shots, the size requirements went up, and the pictures transfer quit when half were transferred. So now I just need to cull the pictures and put the best on the iPad--no big deal. The other feature is the pair of cameras this iPad has. I used the rear camera to make several difficult shots, and all came out great. No zoom, but superb resolution and autofocus was perfect in virtually all shots. These things cost more than the android copies, but they are head and shoulders better.

Shipping was fast. I only had it for about a week. I use it every day for Primerica my business and it is easy to use. There are free classes at apple store, very helpful. Great price. This is my first apple product that I bought for myself. Yes I would buy it again.

I have a 16 GB iPad 3 that I use a lot for email and photos, great quality, and needed more space. I gave my iPad to my husband and bought the same one with 64 GB. Love it and I got it at a good price!
Im just going to make this short and sweet. I brought a droid last year that worked for all of 3 months. I didnt want to shell out the money for an IPad. Big mistake. The Ipad is worth every last penny. Steve J was a genius! I can do everything on this IPad. It rarely malfuctions. I've had it kick me out of an app a time of two, but that might have been the app! I charge it during the night and it works all day. Everybody has pretty much said what I wanted to say previous. If you want a tablet, dont make the mistake I did and try for a cheaper alternative. Get an Ipad! You will not regret it.
The new iPad is incredible! Just traveled for two weeks and the AT&T 4G data network kept me online and occupied for the 1400 mile trip! I ordered from Walmart and had my iPad delivered to my local store...it arrived two days after I ordered it online! Way to go Walmart!
I love my new iPad 3. I purchased this item with the expectation of only using it for documentation but that definitely changed. The apps available are great and some very inexpensive. It's a portable computer and lighter than a laptop. I take everywhere. I can access everything I would as I would my PC. I even purchased airline tickets on my iPad and if you have an e-printer or an air printer then you can wirelessly print qfrom your tablet as well. You can do everything on this from documents, photos, videos, web browsing, ebooks, movies, games and more... If your going to invest on it then I suggest to get the best for your. Higher memory and more capability. As for the wifi well I thought I wouldn't need it because I have wifi at home and work and majority of the place have wifi available but when I fou d myself wanting to search or surf the web and no wifi was available then I was very limited, so I took the data package in which you prepay and have no contract, so at those moments when I do not have wifi I can still go on and do my research. 1 important thing with the wifi, you have a limited amount of data and overage charges will wipe you out, if your not careful. My advice to all is do not stream videos, music or movies, save that usage for when you're on free wifi. Strictly use your data plan to go to Facebook or other web portals and you will be good. Go on and enjoy it, I know I am!
The family has been wanting iPads for a couple years. We would go into the store and play on them at least twice a month but the prices for what we wanted was so expensive. Finally when my husband saw this deal at Walmart I decided for the price of laptops I bought in the past I could get three of these. One for each of us so no fighting! They have a slower processor than an iPad 4 but I haven't noticed anything and they play all the games and apps that I'm interested. What I love is my account works for me and my daughter so I only have to buy an app once. With the option to use a carrier instead of just wi-Fi I will probably get a pay as you go sim for travel.
I bought it at a sale price, otherwise I would not have gotten it. I am a senoir citizen attempting to join the younger techies trying to find why they are so attached to all this new technology. I am learning and I do love it. I love the camera to be used at a whim and the internet to be used at any time within WIFI range. But I still love interacting with life and people so I am not a slave to my IPAD. But I do love my IPAD. Now I am busy tryng to decide what accessories I want, so many to choose from.
