It has a good quality to it. I've suffered from Insomnia and Lethargy for a long time. I've decided to take this to help it. It does go away after a while. It also helps you fall asleep quickly.
I take one at night about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I am able to sleep 6/7 hours without waking up. Before I was waking up every 2/3 hours and it was not quality sleep. I'm glad I tried Melatonin.
I buy these for the 96 y/o gentleman i take care of per the family's request. It soothes his anxiety and helps him to sleep better, he only takes 5 mgs and it helps him stay in bed and not fall.
So helpful to get me to have a good nights rest and keep working without feeling groggy in the morning not to mention that I have a sleep disorder that causes me issues so I need to take some thing, but don't want to take anything that will interfere with my daytime, work life
I love this product! melatonin always helps me get to sleep faster than I normally do. wonderful item definitely definitely recommend!!
I bought these by mistake. I usually buy the same brand, but get the berry flavored that dissolves quickly under my tongue. They work quicker. These work but take longer. Plus the quick dissolve ones help me quicker if I have a panic attack . I don't use these all the time, but they work when I need them.
bought this for my insomnia. it doesn't work all that well. it still takes me a couple of hours to fall asleep, and when i do, i may sleep 2 or 3 hours. i did first try one pill at 5mg. then i tried 2 at a total of 10mg. same results for my sleep pattern.
I took one around 10 pm. Didn't really even feel super sleepy just a little. Layed down around 11. Tossed and turned all night. Experienced awful nausea and insomnia and had a headache the whole entire next day. Sensitive to light and sound. Do not recommend.
One pouch is 22% daily value of sugar. I am going to give them away or throw them. I did not look at the sugar content when I was buying it. My mistake.
