The phone is awesome. Had some issues getting it hooked up with another phone on the same account and they didn't port the number from Verizon but finally did get it worked out.
Have had ZTE Quartz for a year now. Has never dropped a call, reception is great, and it's easy to use. and it's also a tablet! ZTE calls it a phablet. I REALLY like it!
I just bought this phone recently and I'm very happy with it so far. The phone runs very fast. The cameras on the phone are great. The phone is able to play 3D games on it without crashing or anything. Calling voice quality is pretty good. It comes with around 5gb internal memory out of the box, however it DOES NOT come with an SD card, so you'll have to buy your own. It's a good quality phone for the price.
I was afraid, not only to spend $150 on a phone, but to get service that was so new. I was very pleasantly surprised. The only complaint I have about the phone is your can't remove the battery. This is the biggest phone I've ever had and I love it. The battery lasts all day long, even after surfing and playing games. Call quality is excellent. Do wish total wireless had unlimited data and since they don't, wish they gave you a warning before you ran out of data. I'm very happy that I switched from Verizon prepaid, cheaper and runs just as well.
Being older and having big fingers the large screen is a dream come true. Everything I have done with the phone so far has run smoothly however the sensitivity of the phone transmission does not seem to be as good as the Samsung Ace I had.
I have had this phone for about 6 months and it has worked great. Making and receiving calls with no problems and watching videos or TV on the phone has been awesome. I had no problems pairing this phone with WiFi or differant Bluetooth devices. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the speaker is not very loud and the battery may be a problem if you have to replace. Hope this helps someone.
This phone is impossible to wake and put to sleep easily with the power button. I have to press it several times for it to either wake or sleep. I found an app to get it to sleep easily but no luck with waking. Plus apps seem to lock up or stall. Not enough horsepower. And I am not a power user by far.
I bought this zte phone ($150) for my son for Christmas. Not even six months later, it has acted up so bad, he had to buy a cheapo phone to have reliable service. The phone would randomly shut down, drop calls, and won't sleep at all. My son has a handicap child and a reliable phone is a must. I bought a zte 936L phone ($200) about nine months ago and it also giving me so many problems, I am going to have to replace it. Apparently Zte phones are junk!!
My family has purchased seven of these phones. Four are still using them, three have bought different phones. All of the phones are having the same problems. They shut off and then back on several times a day. Sound goes out during calls. Text messages won't come through, and then when they do, you get dozens of messages all at once. People don't receive our sent messages. Phone will show missed calls even though it didn't ring. I have contacted Total Wireless three times about these problems. The phones are still not working right.
