I love this serum! It absorbs into my skin very nicely. I have oily skin so I have to be careful with oils/serums making my skin look like a greasy chicken wing but this serum doesn't make my face look greasy. It gives it a healthy nice glow I love it so far. I use it AM %26 PM- so far I would recommend for anyone with dry skin bc if it works nicely on my oily skin I'm sure it'll do wonders for dry skin too. I use it after I tone my face and before I put on my moisturizer.
This items is an excellent dupe for the DRUNK ELEPHANT C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum and it is literally a fraction of the price. I used Drunk Elephant's serum religiously and regularly invested the $80 to restock my supply. I randomly came across an esthetician who recommended this amazing and almost identical in ingredients serum. My wallet very much appreciated the pivot all while not sacrificing on quality of product. Would highly recommend!
I am 50 yr old African America woman. Using this product has improved the apperance of my skin drastically. You need this in your life!! Dont even think about it, get it!
So far I haven't had that many days using it but my face is starting to tone out
my daughter loves it but the serum was brown instead of yellow or orange like it should be
The product pictured for order, is light yellow. The serum that I received was a coppery, almost brown color. I looked up what might have caused this, and it turns out this type of product can oxidize and become unsafe to use on the skin.
I was really disappointed that my product after delivery was dark brown like some others in these reviews. I'm not sure if the cause is from your recipe or the packaging but I hope that something changes because vitamin c that has been oxidized is no longer effective.
The serum is brown. The last two times I have ordered this it has been brown instead of yellow!
I was delivered a dark amber vitamin c serum. Which to me indicates that it is no longer effective. It is known that vitamin c should not be left out in the light because it will lose it's effectiveness.
Love this stuff, normally, but it's harmful to your skin to use oxidized vit. c serum, and mine arrived that way. It was a self-care splurge that went awry. Don't order- buy in-store so you can check it's freshness and color.
