My 2 rescue cats have been on a combo of Royal Canin (RC) Appetite Control Spayed/Neutered (Dry) and Digest Sensitive Thin Slices in Gravy for over a year with no issues. Then they both needed dental surgery due to issues from their time on the streets. RC Digest Sensitive-Loaf (5.8oz) to the rescue. The value of a bigger can made the extra cost of switching to a wet-food-only diet a little easier to bear. Plus, we had absolutely NO stomach upset from switching between the thin slices and loaf. My fur kids will eventually switch back to slices and dry after they heal, as they really seem to enjoy the crunch and chew. But, I'm so appreciative of this formula and size being available.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Molly loves her new food of choice Royal Canin Digest Sensitive since I could not get her to eat with out vomiting later after eating and after three days I notice a difference. I love that she is happy thanks to Royal Canin.
We have two Siamese-mix black cat rescues and when we adopted them (unknown to us) they had extremely inflamed GI systems. They both nearly died within a month as kittens until we treated them with antibiotics to get their GI back under control and then put them onto this diet. Along with RC Siamese dry food for a snack, they have since been happy, healthy and very active like Siamese should be. Thank you, RC for saving our beautiful boys!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two cats are very picky when it comes to canned or dry food. One tends to throw up from eating too fast and the other from coughing up hairballs. After switching to the royal canin the hairballs and puke are slim to none per month.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitty had chronic loose stools and I was out of my mind. Every test was run by my vet and no parasites or other issues found. I started him on Digest sensitive and he has been fine ever since. Thank you royal canin for having food that truly helps our cats!
My cat was throwing up his Fancy Feast wet food and dry food. I switched him to this wet food and he loves it. He hasn't thrown up in days.
I had to completely change my 17 year old cat's diet due to severe IBD. Ever since she has started eating this food, she only gets maybe one hairball a month, her poop is normal and smells less. She really likes the taste too - she eats every bit of what I give her and seems to like more than other brands she's tried. I am so happy I found this food! I highly recommend this for cat's with IBD and/or intestinal cancer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this food a couple of months ago for a couple of my kitties that have sensitive stomachs. They love the food
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this awhile back and the cats just love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We rescued a tailless kitty who is perfectly health — except for her digestive tract. It is extremely sensitive, and she typically had loose, runny stools when we brought her home and fed her the same food our other cats eat. Our vet recommended RC Digest Sensitive for her, and that solved the problem immediately. Charlie has been on RC Digest Sensitive Canned Loaf exclusively for three years, and we could not be happier. She loves it, and digests it with no problems. Thanks!
