I bought this batting because I couldn't find any of the batting that I usually purchase to make quilts. I was a little hesitant but it turned out to be great. I've now made it my first choice.
This is a thin batting so you can double it if you need more loft. I'm using it for quilted placements so the thickness is perfect. Very happy with it.
Just started off learning how to do my own quilts and this is the right size to start of with. It's such manageable size I encourage all beginners to start here. Plus the price is just right!
Decent for the price. I prefer natural cotton but for the project I was working on, this worked well.
Product was exactly what I was looking for, quilted nicely.
This weight of batting makes for a wonderfully thin quilt that is drapeable and light. It's perfect for hand-quilting with smaller stitches. And the high cotton content gives you that beautiful wrinkly effect after the quilt is washed and dried.....similar to quilt of old.
I have used this batting before and like it. It is preferred by my long arm quilter and the price was very good. It shipped quickly and my purchase qualified for free shipping.
I prefer this over the poly fill, it's a smoother batting
Wish the packaging said "do not wash until sewn into quilt or other project"! I washed it and it just fell apart and made a mess in the rest of my laundry. There went $8.53 down the drain!
This was a discontinued product I purchased on sale, like half off. It is not top notch batting, but it's OK. Every time I go in, there's less and less fabric to choose from, and there's never anyone around to cut fabric for customers. Looks to me as if this Walmart store is trying to get rid of it's Sewing Dept. Such a bummer!
