I have two of these one at work and one in my room. Works fine for me. I turn on my humidifier and this at night and it helps especially when you have seasonal allergies and its dry and cold at night. Not really sure about other peoples dissatisfaction with the product. One way to find out if it works is buy one and try it.

I find it to be more safe if you have children in the home.. the menthol vapors that come with it work extremely well and I am able to have it on my nightstand at all times without it being in the way due to its small size!! What a great product.

I will say the product is very light so I did fall off my dresser once or twice, no damage and did not explode everywhere. The vaporizer is perfect and does not get hot upon long term use.

She had been up in the middle of the night crying because she was congested. Then I remembered I had this waterless vaporizer. Game changer. We both could breathe easy within minutes and she had a restful nights sleep. Each pad lasts over 8 hours. I love that there is no mess! The nightlight on it is not too bright where it keeps you up either (I like it dark).

My husband hasn't been feeling well and this helped sooth his cough and congestion. It was very easy to set up and use. I think I got an older version and think the newer one has more adjustments, which I think would just make this better.

I didn't know this existed, to say the least. The waterless vaporizer is so small yet extremely effective; it also has a nice-sized station cord. The Vicks scent spread all over the room. It is exceptionally soothing and offers incredible congestion relief. As a parent of three, I've never owned anything like this before, and I must say I am beyond impressed. I am pumped up that I don't have to deal with bulky vaporizers, messy water filter swaps, or water changes. Thank you, Vicks. I will most definitely continue to use it and recommend it to every parent out there without hesitation.

It was really easy to set up and very portable. The only thing I would change is how strong the vapors were. You would barely smell it, unless you held it to your nose.
Did a pick up order and got this because my son and I are sick. Well, they gave me one that looked like it had been opened and upon opening it I found that it had been opened, used, and not checked before being put back on the shelf! There was only 2 of the sample pads and an opened 3rd wrapper. I'm disappointed to say the very least.
