Purchased this for my 10 year granddaughter as a birthday gift. Easy to use ,everything worked. Would suggest you also purchase a karaoke disk along with the machine.
This karaoke machine makes the perfect gift. My daughter sings for hours with it. Great purchase!!!
I was very satisfied with the Hello Kitty CD Kitty Karaoke System, and it was delivered before the original shipping date.
This item was purchased for my grand daughter and it turned out to be great great entertainment for her and the entire family.
I got my Karaoke machine yesterday and it was wrapped in a cardboard box and had bubble wrap inside so it was protected really good no damage. The only problem i have is like the other reviewer that it doesnt record video like the product claims to on this site, when you get the box it doesnt say anything on the box about that so that is WalMart's fault on this one. I played a cd and it worked just fine so far. So far i will be keeping it unless something happens and it stops working.
had this shipped to my house for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived with a damaged and inoperative power cord. I called 4 Wal-Mart's in the local area and none could get a replacement before Christmas. I had to buy a new power cord at radio shack for $30 for her to be able to enjoy this before Christmas. once working she did love it.

I can't attest to the quality of the karaoke machine. It's a present for my niece. Or at least it was supposed to be. Unfortunately, Walmart shipped it without any outside packaging AT ALL. No brown box. No bubble wrap. Just the Hello Kitty box like if you bought it from the store. The box is all beat up. There are punctures in it. It's dirty. The tape/seal where you would open the box is not sticky anymore. It's just hanging there all dirty and sad. The corners of the box are all dented and scuffed. AND, there is a huge shipping label plastered on one side. Lovely. It certainly does not look like a nice Christmas present. I'll have to take it to the store & hope they have one to exchange it for.
When we opened it up and hooked it up there was no sound. Hooked up head phones and it worked. So I unscrewed the back and saw a wire to the speaker was disconnected. I had to re-solder the wire to the speaker. It works now. Its not right that I had to go through drama to get this thing for christmas. I never received it on time (because Walmart and UPS cant communicate with each other properly) and then it doesn't work with out repairs! I appreciate the manager giving my money back and letting me keep the item for all the hassle.
This Hello Kitty karaoke machine model number 68109N-HK-WAL is fake because it does not come with the video camera for recording the performances. I also called the manufacturer and they tolled me that they do not know why Walmart.com is telling that the machine comes with those parts. The auxiliary cable is too short to connect any tablet. It is not long enough to keep the tablet up right. I think the item is too expensive for the poor performance it does.
