My son loves this swing, unfortunately the motor gave out about a week ago, only had it for 5mths. The music and sounds still work, but he wants it to move. Would love to find out how to replace the motor.
I've had this swing for a couple of months and my daughter absolutely loved it. Until 3 nights ago when I tried to turn it on it just blinked and turned off. I bought a replacement power cord thinking that was the issue, but that came in the mail today so I tried it and the swing still doesn't work. So not only did i waste 130$, but now I've wasted another 25$.
Worked great for about 2 months and then it stopped rotating. Music works but once motion turns on 5 secs in it turns itself off. Disappointed.
I bought this swing for my son last November he only used it for less than a month we decided to use it for our daughter this year who is only 2 months old and the motor has already quit working what a waste of money

I bought this swing 4 months ago and my daughter (sho is almost 4 mos old) loves it,but last night I put her in it and went to turn it on and it didn't work. The lights on top just flash and then it turns itself off. It won't swing or play music. I don't know what's wrong with it but it was a lot of money for it to stop working after 4 months. Pretty disapointed...
Bought this swing for my baby only had it 2 months and now it won't swing all it does is flash and turn off when you try it. Baby is 4 months old and is very upset cause now she can't swing. My mom just passed away so it's a very tough time and no extra money to buy another one
Very disappointed I had twins on jan 6th and got two chairs for my baby shower from here and now one does not swing anymore. The music comes on but it does not swing. Now I am trying to find another swing since I cant figure out how to replace the motor. We are truly disappointed.
I bought it a month ago but my baby doesn't want it.its not really helping my baby to relax
i bought this used from someone and only used for about a month or 2 and the motor went insane and starting swinging my baby really fast. do not buy this invest in another swing.
