I just started taking these because my fiance does, He kept saying how much energy he has when he takes them Since I felt like I could use more energy I started taking them %26 if they didnt give me energy the way they do I wouldve quit taking them because they taste %26 smell terrible! I cant stand the taste of them but I suck it up since it doesnt last long because its worth it in the end they give me so much energy I dont even have to drink coffee as much as I used to! I just wish they could do something about the taste %26 smell.

I liked the fact after a few hours I did have more energy to see day through. It does make your urine darl but you can drink water until urine runs clear. Its not bad at all.
I initially started taking this with an iron supplement for my anemia as iron pills need a “carrier” for better absorption. I take 3 a day and noticed I quit losing hand full of hair after about 3 months. They do not give me indigestion or any I'll effects you sometimes get with supplements.
Does not bother my stomach like a lot of B vitamins do. Also, on my last labs, all of my B vitamin levels were right where they should be. They also are easy to swallow.
A good complex. The only thing I dont like is that folic acid, rather than folate, is included.
Too strong makes my body hurt… even when split in half…. It was causing me dehydration…even the 1/2 pill turned my urine yellow green…. This pill must be taken with at least a liter of water… at first I thought I was allergic to some of its ingredients I even got blister breakouts on my face… I'm thinking from the high quantity of biotin., however it did make my hair and nails grow… remember if the ingredients say over 100% it may be more than what you need.
Within two weeks of beginning to take this pill, my hair began to fall out. I did not make the connection that it was this pill, and continued to take the entire 100 pills one at a time day by day. At the end of the bottle almost all my hair is gone. I stopped taking them and the hair loss ceased. Now that the pill is out of my system, I feel like my hair can grow again, but beware, this pill caused me to lose my hair.
