It's great. I don't like taking pills. this one gives me K %26 D. both are great for your skin. It's a capsule and it's thin for people who have problems swallowing pills.
I love these pills because there's only one you have to take and they're real little capsule. I read where vitamin k and d helps for with fibromyalgia which I have and I'm sure depression too cuz I am lacking vitamin d. the price wasn't too bad since it came from spring valley.
I found these hard to chew and no flavor at all. They were a substitution on an order but couldnt use them.
Seen this hocked on Tic Tok...claiming all sorts of things...but I was interested in the energy claim. So I got a bottle. That part is true..I have way more energy than before.
I bought this when I learned how this combination pulls calcium from your muscles and puts it where it belongs…into our bones and teeth. You will even have less plaque on your teeth.
If your muscles hurt...your bones are breaking, your skin looks terrible. Try this! The k will only help the D absorb faster. Nothing like feeling healthier to make the fast pace lifestyle.
So far a great and effective product and will buy again.
Great supplement. I use them with my bariatric vitamins as I am chronically low on Vitamin D and have had low levels of Vitamin K too. I recommend Zinc and Vitamin C too. These vitamins are valuable regarding bone health and strengthening the immune system

I gotta buy stuff twice to get the item. My money stay blocked for weeks. Many times I don't get the refund I guess Miami has different policies. No respect for customer. I had Walmart in another city no problem but in Miami it is a difference. Bad very annoying. I will take my business somewhere else
