This is the lightest yet must-have hair serum that's going to make your hair feel amazing. I love the fact that jet.com has it for less than the suggested retail price! I would definitely buy it again from this website. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I ordered three pieces and they came very poorly packaged. I'm surprised they didn't arrive broken. One is supposed to be a gift now I have to choose which of the three boxes is the least busted looking to be able to present as a gift. The product itself is great. Smells good and leaves your hair soft. This seller needs to be more considerate when it comes to shipment.
DO NOT buy their Moroccan Oil, it's FAKE!! I've been using authentic Moroccan Oil for many years, and I can tell this is fake as soon as I open the box. The authentic oil is supposed to be yellowish/golden color, whereas this fake oil is very light in color. More importantly, this fake oil is heavy and greasy, kind of like motor oil!! Do not put that fake stuff on your hair, it will take you forever to wash it off your hair!!
Purchased this through NYC Hair and It is a FAKE! Product was watered down and did not smell like the normal Moroccan oil hair products. The bottle had obviously been tampered with as the outside of it was greasy and the sticker that goes over the cap had been peeled and unpeeled several times.
it would've been really nice to try this product but it arrived completely shattered. Extremely frustrating experience trying to file for a return.
The Moroccan oil I received was definitely not authentic. If it did contain any authentic oil, it was mixed with some other oil. The color, consistency, and smell were all wrong. Consistency was very heavy and almost sticky. I took a photo of the oil I bought at the hair salon vs the one that was shipped from this company, the authentic oil is much more yellow.
it's a fake. I have been using this product for years. can tell right away. super oily. stop doing this!! in the photo, left one real, right one fake from this seller.
Reported Seller - fraudulent product. Spelling errors on packaging, dirty seal with sand/hair, lower fill. Did not test product as I did not trust it.
The item I received is a poorly made counterfeit. The viscosity, scent and colour are all wrong. The liquid in the bottle is translucent, but clear white in colour, not the golden colour MoroccanOil is. It is also extremely sticky and gives off an unpleasant sickly sweet scent when rubbed in your hands. The box is littered with typos and misspellings that do not align with a genuine product. The counterfeit product appears to be distributed by: Moroccanoil "G"anada Inc., whereas the originals I have from before are all from Los Angeles, CA. I am not dismissing the possibility that there could an alternate distributor in Canada, but "Ganada"? I would have been less skeptical if it said, "Narnia". Additionally, the description at the top reads, "A unique formula rieh(?) in an anfioxidant(?) argan oll(?)" The word: "m a n a g e a b i l i t y" also has spacing that is inconsistent with the rest of the description. Everything is wrong about the product I received; from the box to the liquid. The most consistent thing about this product was the bottle it came in. I expect better quality control and some semblance of product standards. This is beyond disappointing and I will never purchase from this platform/seller again.
it's fake, don't buy it. please compare it with the one you bought from Moroccanoil official website. (please see attached pictures, the one with the blur figure is fake.)
