I use this with 10 ounces of plain water three times a day and it has helped greatly with my digestive health. Although I drink lots of water everyday, I would experience bowel movement only once a day but once I started using Raw Fiber, I experience bowel movement after every meal. I also noticed that it has helped clear up my sinuses and I also have a lot more energy than I previously did. I highly recommend this product because I believe that overall well being is tied to how healthy your gut is and Raw Fiber will get you there.
I only recently became aware that I'd developed a digestive shortfall, and my doctor recommended Garden of Life Raw Organic Fiber. It's made a huge difference and we're both happy with the result.
The product is great , but it gets thick in cold and hot liquids.

Helps with staying regular. The taste is a little rough, but mixing it with some juice helps. And if you can get past the consistency, it's pretty beneficial.

It does not dissolve enough...any suggestions. My husband dislikes it.
I tried it in my morning tea and by the time I was halfway through a 16 oz cup, my tea had the consistency of mud. Now, I mix it one teaspoonful at a time into an ounce of cold water and down it in a shot, which leaves my teeth looking like I'm chewing tobacco. I bought 2 jars of this product and don't plan on purchasing again.
