Tastes good. I am only taking 1/3 of the dosage, so I am not sure how effective, but it seems it still helps.. supposedly I hear it is also probiotics.

This is Sunfiber (PHGG) fiber. It is hard to find in stores and this is the best price on it online. It's my preferred fiber, doesn't cause gas or bloating or fill you up too much like psyllium. It mixes clear and does not gel up in the glass. Dissolves best in cool or hot beverages, not ice-cold. Also helps to stir and let it sit about 15 minutes to fully dissolve in cool drinks. I also stir into hot cereal or yogurt. FODMAP friendly.
Sunfiber, same ingredients as more $ brands. I use this in my coffee daily. Tasteless, healthy.

I have been taking this fiber brand for a couple of years now. It has helped me so much with keeping me regular. I had methane dominant SIBO and since going through treatment this fiber has helped my gut so much.
This clear fiber dissolves well in all liquids. No taste and No Gas. Great product. Please make in a larger size.
Unfortunately was not effective.
This stuff is fake. I have been using this for a year and I know what it should be like. This is NOT the real deal. I don't know what it is, so I am afraid to take it.
